GUARANTEED WORK......If you're between the ages of 18 and 60, are legally allowed to work in Auckland, New Zealand and have your own transport - we guarantee you work within your first year or your money back.  JOIN NOW

If you are offered work and turn it down, this is considered an offer of work so our guarantee is fulfilled. This is for your first year only. All annual fees are non-refundable, unless stipulated in the above guarantee.

Once an artiste has worked and completed the job within the required time frame their contracted fee (minus tax and commision) is paid within 6 - 8 weeks of a job being completed or when the client pays us - whichever is sooner. We have one payment run per month on the 20th of the month.

Privacy policy

Background Talent realises that personal privacy is important, and we support the protection of your internet privacy.

Personal information is neither captured nor stored through this website without your prior consent. Where personal information is captured (eg. through web forms for enquiries etc.), the user will be informed as to what information is being captured and why. Any personal information that you provide to us will be used only for the purpose stated at the time we request it. We will not sell, license or trade your personal information to others. We do not provide your personal information to direct marketing companies or other such organisations.

Information about the pages visited are stored for statistical analysis purposes, but individual usage patterns are not monitored.

In addition, some parts of the website require authentication with the use of cookies for security purposes. These cookies are not used to capture or store personal information for any purpose other than to authenticate the user, and are deleted as soon as a session is terminated.

Finally, we maintain logs of the website’s servers’ activity. These log files include the IP address of every computer used to access the website. The log files are used to analyse usage of Background Talent Website.
